Keto Flu
Temporary tiredness or headaches in the first days of low-carb eating, usually fixed with salt and water.
The keto flu is a short stretch of feeling tired, headachy, or foggy when you first cut carbs, mostly from losing water and minerals. Drinking enough water and getting enough salt, potassium, and magnesium usually clears it. It passes for most people within a week.
