This page explains how we get your order to you, including how long it takes to process, the shipping options we offer, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way. Order Processing
Once you place an order, we get to work preparing it for shipment. Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
During busy periods, new releases, or promotions, processing may take a little longer. If we expect a notable delay, we will do our best to let you know.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship physical products, including books and merchandise, within the United States. International shipping is available to many destinations as well.
For domestic orders, standard shipping usually arrives within 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed, since the actual time depends on the carrier and your location.
- Estimated delivery windows begin once your order leaves our facility, not at the time you place the order.
- Add the processing time to the shipping time to estimate when your order will arrive.
- Delivery estimates may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping charge before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises.
From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Any such offer and its terms will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking link by email so you can follow it on its way to you. Please allow a little time after shipment for the tracking information to update with the carrier.
If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder first, then reach out to us and we will resend it.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping where available. Estimated delivery times for international orders vary widely by destination and customs processing, so please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
As the customer, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are set by your local authorities and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Delivery Delays Outside Our Control
We do our best to ship your order quickly, but once a package leaves our hands it is in the carrier's care. Some delays are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee against them.

- Incorrect or incomplete address information
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. We ship to the address you provide at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships, though we cannot promise we will catch it in time.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us and we will help you sort it out. It helps to have your order number ready, and for damaged items, a photo of the packaging and product.
