I’m Dr. Ken Berry, a board-certified family physician with over two decades of experience practicing medicine in rural Tennessee. My journey into health and wellness advocacy began with my own struggles with weight and health. I used to be a frustrated doctor, overwhelmed by the preventable diseases I saw daily, such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and chronic inflammation. I knew there had to be a better way, and that's when I discovered the transformative power of the Proper Human Diet (PHD).

I grew up in the small town of Hohenwald, Tennessee, and after earning my MD from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, I dedicated my career to helping people achieve real health. My wife Neisha, our two children, and I now live on a farm in Holladay, Tennessee, where we embrace a lifestyle that reflects the principles I teach.

Every day, I see the incredible resilience and determination of my patients and community members.
