Ketones

The clean-burning fuel your liver makes from fat when carbs are low.

Ketones are molecules your liver produces from fat that your brain and body can use for energy in place of glucose. When you keep carbs low on the Proper Human Diet, ketone levels rise. Many people describe the result as clear, stable energy without the crashes that come from sugar.
