Ketogenic Diet (Keto)
A very low-carb, higher-fat way of eating that shifts your body into burning fat for fuel.
A ketogenic or keto diet keeps carbohydrates low enough that your body switches from burning sugar to burning fat, producing ketones for energy. On the Proper Human Diet, keto is a tool, not the whole point. The focus stays on whole animal foods and natural fats rather than processed keto products.
