Inflammation

Your body's response to stress or injury that, when chronic, drives many health problems.

Inflammation is a normal short-term healing response, but when it stays switched on it contributes to many chronic conditions. Sugar, refined carbs, and seed oils can fuel it. Many people report feeling less inflamed after removing those foods on the Proper Human Diet.
