Foods & Fats

Grass-Fed

Meat from animals raised on pasture rather than grain, often with a better nutrient profile.

Grass-fed describes cattle and other ruminants raised eating grass rather than grain. The meat and fat can have a more favorable nutrient profile. On the Proper Human Diet, grass-fed is a nice upgrade when available, but any real meat beats processed food.
