Dairy

Milk-based foods like butter, cheese, and cream, which are optional on PHD if you tolerate them.

Dairy includes butter, cheese, cream, and yogurt. On the Proper Human Diet, full-fat dairy is optional. Many people enjoy it and do well, while others feel better limiting it or sticking to butter and ghee. Choose based on how your body responds.
