Satiety

The deep, lasting fullness that protein and fat provide so you stop fighting hunger.

Satiety is feeling genuinely full and satisfied, not just no longer hungry. Protein and natural fat are far more satiating than carbs, which is why people on the Proper Human Diet often eat less without trying and go longer between meals. Eat until satisfied is the rule, not calorie counting.
