My name is Frances Claire Ruiz (Francy Claire). I received my PHDC certification in 2026 as part of the inaugural cohort. I help overwhelmed parents of picky eaters and screen-loving kids make realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes so they can create a happier, more connected family life. I primarily provide coaching online via video calls. I live in Western North Carolina with my two children, two cats, and one dog.
